The free daily drinking water was a nice touch that added to the overall convenience of my stay.

Unfortunately, the central air conditioning was quite cold, making it uncomfortable at times, especially when I wanted a warmer room.

For a comfortable stay, consider requesting a room on a higher floor for reduced noise from the bustling street.

The place was reliable, we definitely want to stay in that area again. Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Chihkan Tower. Furthermore, to many other shops around the area...

The location was convenient - next to railway station and bus station, and convenience store that is so important to the traveller. North district was worth visiting. My double room had modern conveniences, including air conditioning, an electronic key card, and TV...

Unfortunately, the towels were in terrible condition, really disappointing. The shower gel was only available. The bathroom lacked basic necessities.

Convenient location, friendly staff

The location is perfect for exploring Tainan. You're just a stone's throw away from the train station, which made getting around the city super easy. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, and the comfortable double bed made for a restful night after a long day. I did find it a bit inconvenient that there was no soap in the bathroom, forcing me to use shower gel for washing my hands.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, directly across from the bus and train stations, made my adventures in Tainan seamless. The room was clean and quite spacious, and the staff were genuinely friendly, providing cute assistance when I checked in.

I saw some outdated furnishings in the room, like an old kettle and the linens could have been fresher. It was a decent stay with good value for the price, but some updates and better temperature control would improve the experience.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the train station. The staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciated the addition of a coin laundry and vending machines in the lobby. Nearby cafes and restaurants provide good options for meals.

Had a decent night in a spacious Double Room. It had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a tv. Free toiletries were provided. A hairdryer and slippers. I liked the seating area and the wake-up service. Would recommend it for travelers.
